Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Smart Printer (also referred to as "PrinterB"), an application provided by LifePilot Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PrinterB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use PrinterB.

1. PrinterB Services

PrinterB provides tools related to document preparation and printing, which may include:

• Printing photos and images
• Printing PDF and supported document files
• Document scanning
• Image and document editing
• Website printing
• Contact printing
• Notes and printable content
• Printer discovery and connection
• Local network printing
• System printing
• Printable templates and resources

Features may change as PrinterB is updated.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of documents, images, text, contact information, and other content that you process using PrinterB.

PrinterB only receives the limited rights necessary to process that content on your device and perform actions requested by you, such as previewing, editing, converting, or printing it.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use, copy, modify, or print content processed through PrinterB.

You must not use PrinterB to knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

3. Contacts and Personal Information

PrinterB may allow you to generate printable documents containing information from your device contacts.

You are responsible for using and printing other people's contact information appropriately and lawfully.

You must not use PrinterB to publish, distribute, sell, or misuse another person's private contact information without authorization.

4. Printing and Printers

PrinterB communicates with printers and printing services provided by third parties.

Printer compatibility, supported print settings, print quality, network availability, printer firmware, consumables, and printer behavior are outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every printer or every printer feature will be compatible with PrinterB.

You are responsible for reviewing the print preview and print settings before submitting a print job.

We are not responsible for paper, ink, toner, labels, other consumables, or costs resulting from print jobs initiated by you.

5. Network Communications

Some printing features require PrinterB and your printer to communicate through a local network.

Network security and printer security depend partly on your network configuration and the printer itself.

You should only print sensitive documents through networks and printers that you trust.

6. Websites and Third-Party Content

PrinterB may allow you to access websites or content provided by third parties. We do not own or control those websites and are not responsible for:

• Their availability
• Their content
• Their security
• Their privacy practices
• Their accuracy
• Products or services they provide

Your use of third-party websites is subject to the applicable website's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Third-Party Services

PrinterB may rely on platform or third-party components, including Google Play services, Google ML Kit, Android System WebView, Android printing services, printer firmware, and other system services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

8. Printable Templates and App Content

PrinterB may provide calendars, planners, cards, coloring pages, templates, graphics, or other printable materials.

Unless otherwise stated, PrinterB-provided printable content is licensed to you for personal or internal business use.

You may print and use this content, but you may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish PrinterB's standalone template or asset files as your own product unless explicitly permitted.

Third-party content, where applicable, remains subject to its respective license.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PrinterB for unlawful purposes
• Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with PrinterB's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or printers
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security controls
• Use PrinterB to perform unauthorized access to another person's device or network
• Misrepresent PrinterB as being affiliated with a printer manufacturer or other third party without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

PrinterB, including its software, interface, branding, original graphics, templates, and other materials supplied by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use PrinterB under these Terms, no ownership rights in PrinterB are transferred to you.

Printer manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners. PrinterB is not affiliated with or endorsed by a printer manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

11. Changes and Availability

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of PrinterB from time to time. We may release updates necessary for compatibility, security, performance, legal compliance, or product improvements. We do not guarantee that PrinterB or any particular feature will always be available.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrinterB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that PrinterB will:

• Always operate without interruption
• Be free from errors
• Support every printer
• Produce identical output on every printer
• Be compatible with every file or website
• Meet every specific printing requirement

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifePilot Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of PrinterB.

This includes losses resulting from:

• Failed or incorrect print jobs
• Printer or network failures
• Loss or corruption of locally stored data
• Third-party websites or services
• User-selected content
• Incompatible printer hardware or software

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using PrinterB at any time by uninstalling the App. We may restrict access to features or discontinue PrinterB where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when PrinterB, applicable laws, or our services change. Updated Terms will be published at the same location with a revised effective date. Continued use of PrinterB after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

16. Applicable Law

Your use of PrinterB is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
